Yields: 2 Cups
Ingredients:
- Package of Shredded Cabbage and Carrots (or you can shred your own!)
- 2/3 Cup of Sour Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Mayo
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Teaspoons Sugar
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. If you’re shredding your own carrots and cabbage, do that first. Let it sit in the fridge for an hour so the flavors meld. Holds nicely for a week in an airtight container in the fridge!
