BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Ketchup
  • 1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon each Agave (or honey) and maple syrup 
  • 2 Teaspoon Mustard Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Cracked Pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
  • 2 Dashes of Worcestershire 
  • Few Dashes Hot Sauce (to your liking)

Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a medium size pot.  Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer.  Cook on low for 20 minutes.  If you’re making pulled pork, mix reserved drippings into the sauce. Enjoy with pulled pork or use as a dipping sauce!
