Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Ketchup
- 1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon each Agave (or honey) and maple syrup
- 2 Teaspoon Mustard Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Cracked Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne
- 2 Dashes of Worcestershire
- Few Dashes Hot Sauce (to your liking)
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a medium size pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer. Cook on low for 20 minutes. If you’re making pulled pork, mix reserved drippings into the sauce. Enjoy with pulled pork or use as a dipping sauce!
